National conference on gender equality and family socialization

Dear All,

The University of Nairobi and the National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) are co-hosts of the National Conference on Gender Equality and Family Socialisation for Human Security and Sustainable Development that will be held VIRTUALLY on Wednesday, October 25 2023 from 9:00 am. The virtual conference brings together researchers, policymakers, partners and stakeholders who will give their views, through presentations (posters, articles, panel discussions, and plenary sessions) towards solutions in addressing the challenge of erosion of family and national values in the country.

The conference theme is: "Harnessing family socialization for sustainable gender equality, security and sustainable development in Kenya".
