WHO commends Dr. Kosgey research to improve women’s health

Dr Rose Kosgei, a Senior Lecturer, Department of Obs/Gyn, UoN, has been commended by the World Health Organization’s Division of Tropical Disease and Research for using operational research to improve women’s health.

DR Rose Kosgei embarked on structured operational research in 2009 by going through the training at Brown University, USA. She has since used her experience to train others including students, faculty, ministry of health personnel in Kenya and other parts of Africa impacting directly on women’s health.
