The guest speaker for this April month's wellness forum was Prof. Isaac M. Macharia
Prof. Isaac Muthure Macharia is an Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeon with expertise in children and adult ENT Surgery, Hearing Impairment, Paediatric otolaryngology, Head and neck surgery, Rhinology, and Allergy treatments.
He is a member of the Kenya Surgical Society, European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology New York Academy of Sciences, European Society of Rhinology, Kenya Ear, Nose and Throat Society & Kenya Medical Association.
He is one of only two Kenyan Otologists currently performing cochlear implantation. He also performs head and neck cancer surgery, surgery of the nose and sinus conditions as well as conditions of the vocal cord; he has a special interest in allergy and is a founder of Kenya Allergy Society Association and also a member of Kenya ENT Society (KENTS).
He has over 40 years of surgical experience and has had international exposure from the College of Surgeons of East and Central Africa.
