The University of Nairobi Astrophysics and Space Science Group is hosting the UoN Astro-Night on 31st March 2023 from 4:30 - 8:00 pm.
The event which is themed: "Trailblazers: Kenyan Women in Astronomy and Space Science" is geared towards encouraging girls to take up STEM related careers and celebrate the women in the respective fields.
The event is part of scheduled monthly events happening at the Department of Physics Chiromo Campus that includes public lectures in Astrophysics and Space Science, planetarium show and sky viewing with telescopes.
Entry is absolutely free and everyone is welcome to attend.
