The promotion of the local attractive destinations has been the key to the success of promoting the country’s tourism industries. However, it leads to competition among the destinations. The H.O.D Obstetrics and Gynaecology Prof. Cheserem, the Academic staff Prof. Ogutu, Prof. Obimbo (H.O.D Human Anatomy), and Dr. Wanyoike toured Masai Mara National Reserve located in south west Kenya as an outreach activity promoting local tourism after a work event.
